Sina-Wayne, the singer/songwriter S.W. Storm was born and raised in London, England of Trinidadian Parentage.

Storm has been recording Soca music and touring worldwide since his debut album Island Fury in 1996. For many years Storm has been the flag bearer for Soca music in the United Kingdom and Europe, headlining many major festivals and carnivals and has provided upcoming British based Soca artistes with powerful inspiration. He has made a huge impact on the Soca industry with his unique sound, dubbed Pop-Soca, a style soon adopted by many other Soca artistes. With his Fusion of Soca, flavored with blends of R&B, Pop, Rock, Bollywood, Bhangra, and Reggae, Storm has developed a truly international sound that is moving audiences of all cultures.whether a Caribbean carnival, Indian Mela, Music Festival, or International event.

His first Soca recording Nice, produced by $helShok was an immediate hit in Trinidad upon release. Storm made his first semi-final appearance in the International Soca Monarch performing Nice and coupled it with his first music video Groove Me, that received tremendous airplay in Trinidad and Tobago, making his first year in the Soca Music Industry a huge success.

A year later, SW Storm released his first full CD album called No Fear containing hits such as Sweet, produced by $helShok and the Chutney-Soca hit Dance Dhoula produced by Ossie Gurley out of Toronto, Canada. This song took Storm all the way to the Chutney Soca Monarch Finals in Trinidad. That carnival season, Storm also performed the very patriotic calypso Thank you T&T nightly at the Freshwater Yankees tent. Since then, SW Storm has performed many carnival seasons on the cast of the prestigious Calypso Spectacular in Trinidad. He has also performed in a number of semi-finals and finals of the International Soca Monarchs and Chutney Soca Monarchs.

The album Stomp was released a year later and included the hit song What a Feelin, a smooth a smooth signature groove that Storm is renowned for. There was also the hugely popular music video Stomp.

SW Storm and his band Island Fury from London, England make their first appearance in Trinidad Carnival 2000, performing at several events during this season and playing on the road for Carnival Monday and Tuesday with the award winning Trini Revelers mass band.

The year 2003 proved to be a huge turning point in Storms musical career in the linkup with one of the Caribbeans finest producers, Chris Alman from Barbados giving us The Fusion album spurning hits such as Only You, High and the Bhangra/Soca track Show Dem.

A year later, another great album was released titled Unleashed that included the hit song Trini Carnival also produced by Chris Alman, and the up-tempo Wildness produced by Keith Israel and remixed by $helshok.

The next album release Celebrate again showcased Storms creativity and unique style and included the Bollywood/Soca flavored hit Bombay Girl produced by Clyde Ward and Martin Mice Raymond and the high energy titled track Celebrate produced by Junior Ibo Joseph.

One More, the latest album to date contains some of SW Storms best work containing hit songs like Roti & Rum, produced by Rishi Guyadene from the Gayatones band in Trinidad, Give it Up produced by Nelson Fraser of Storms band Island Fury, Welcome produced by Ossie Gurley and the titled track One More produced by the talented Kerwin Dubois.

Storm has worked with some of the top producers in the industry —$helShok, Chris Alman, Ossie Gurley, Junior Ibo Joseph ,Martin Mice Raymond, Clyde Ward(UK), Nicholas Branker, Darren Grant just to name a few.

Currently the new releases for Carnival 2009, boat ride anthem Sailing and JOuvert Morning are receiving great airplay in Trinidad and Tobago and are expected to make waves internationally. There is also the cheeky and seductive Juicy Lips that is receiving great reviews internationally.

This artiste continues to go from strength to strength and can be found far and wide delivering powerful high octane performances at Festivals and Concerts Worldwide. In addition to the big stage performances, Storm also undertakes projects / youth programs delivering workshops teaching song writing and performance skills.

Storm is also writing for TV and has recorded two theme songs for BBC TV in the United Kingdom.
