I am a huge Led …
I am a huge Led Zeppelin fan but I Love this song. Live or the studio version, this is a Great song. Natalie Merchant is very sexy in both her looks and her singing in this version of “Carnival”. Again, Great song, very Classy and very Sexy.

yeah, the guitar is …
yeah, the guitar is too loud, too distorted, and I definitely don’t like his choice of licks as well. However, this is still a great song!

This ” so called …
This ” so called guitar player” messes the whole song up. Shameful un-artistic player.

I’ve come back to …
I’ve come back to watch this several times, disecting out more of what makes it sooo unique. Gabriels leads really do soar with the PRS guitar. At 1:24 and later, Natalie looks right left right and that gives off some kind of vibe, maybe confidence or beauty of her eyes. At 4:30 she pipes up singing “all then’ something. I cant make out the words but the tone is incredible. The audience pans arent fair to the power of the music, sentinel looking. Some head nodding is going on though.

Natalie Merchant is …
Natalie Merchant is GOD’s gift to humanity! No other artist comes even close to her as far as talent, and beauty. She doesn’t need to get half naked, or put a “freak show”, or use a tons of synthetizers/lip sing to captivate her audience! She’s simply herself and just “SINGS”. That is what a true artist is all about!!

I agree with ya …
I agree with ya Whiplash. She is of mixed ethnic origin, part Sicilian, but has the look of a Mediterranean goddess, as exotic Italian as a Ferrari. Give her a microphone, some candlelight, an orchestra, a small audience and this is what u get, pure musical charm. I made a mistake, the lead guitarist is Gabriel, the rhythm guy on this song is Derik.

She is beautiful.I just love her eyes and facial features……

Her totally unique …
Her totally unique voice has matured over time, smoother and sweeter now than ever. It’s the soul reaching spark that brought a girl from smalltown upstate New York to the world stage. Erik plays great lead in this and I think Gabriel is also playing, her current musicians. I like the way he strains to sing the harmony but hits it every time. The sound mix is off, but so what. So many of my brains soulful music appreciation section neurons fire they spillover to the tears of joy section.

This song was …
This song was played during Aileen Wuornos’ funeral.

Her voice is fine …
Her voice is fine and as strong as ever. The sound guy screwed up on this one and overpowered the guitar and underpowered her.
And she’s not fat — at all. Get a clue, sonny.
