I used to read … I used to read about cruise ships in an encyclopedia. I remember reading about the days when cruise ships didn’t fly in outter space. That was back in the 20th and 21st century. Nowadays, while cruising through space, it looks so beautiful, like the place where we have to accept Jesus to go, which is heaven.
That just show how … That just show how stupid you are. I happen to work at CCL and we are working overtime. NO we are not allowed to hang up on a@#holes like you. Yes she could have made a sale on a real sales call. Her commission wouldn’t have been as high as kscan2269 indicated. And I am sick and tired of hearing about the economy. Carnival made more booking in Feb’09 than any single month the cruise line has been operating. Yes your bullshit makes for a misserable work environment. and cost her money.
You say “we cost … You say “we cost her money”. Then you say she “could have booked a cruise package”.
Which is it? Did we or did we not? The fact of the matter is she had every right to hang up and we most likely didn’t cost her any amount of commission. They have plenty of phone operators, so even if we didn’t call her, there’s still a great chance she wouldn’t have even gotten a call. With the economy, that is even amplified.
When you factor in all the possibilities, it’s highly unlikely we cost her money.
You know the sad … You know the sad thing is that you cost her money.. In the amount of time she spent with you she could have booked a basic cruise package which her commision would amount to 60-80 dollars. The higher end of this to be anywhere from 140-160 dollars.. I know that as immature as you are you don’t care that you cost someone their pay, I just ask that you take into consideration the effect of your actions past the ideas of a cheap laugh.
