Brazilian Carnival …
Brazilian Carnival has been inspired by the French carnival but it exhibits some differences, having mixed African, Native, German and Euro elements. The parade itself and the holiday do not usually have anything to do with sex (the almost nude dancers are a tradition which came from natives and Africans). But it is a time of year where a lot of people party and drink a lot. This of course drives people to do more sex. Thats why the government distributes higher number of free condoms.
